This is a come-as-you-are group. No pressure—just presence.

Time: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (Ongoing)
Location: Virtual (link provided after registration)
💲 Cost Options:
• Drop-In: $45/session
• 4-Session Package: $160 — save when you stay consistent
• 6-Session Flex Package: $225 — commit to deeper work and get one session free
A brief screening call is required before joining. All participants must register by 12:00 PM the day of group to receive the link and complete a short intake form.
Because this is a support group rather than a therapy group, it is not covered by insurance and is offered as a self-pay service.

Hi, I’m Jess. For a long time, I struggled with feeling like I had to earn my worth by being perfect, productive, or needed. I thought if I just worked harder, stayed quiet, or kept everyone else happy, maybe I’d finally feel enough. Spoiler alert—I didn’t.
My journey toward self-worth has been messy, honest, and deeply healing. I’ve had to unlearn a lot of old stories and reconnect with who I am outside of other people’s expectations. What helped the most was learning that self-worth isn’t something you achieve. It’s something you remember. It’s already in you.
Now, I hold space for others to do the same. This group isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about seeing yourself more clearly and showing up with compassion, even when shame tries to take the lead. You deserve to feel grounded in your worth, just as you are.
You don’t have to figure it out alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
