Grief is deeply personal, and healing doesn’t follow a set timeline. At New Light Counseling, we’re offering a space where you can feel supported, understood, and not so alone.
What This Group Offers
This 6-week group blends compassionate support with helpful education about the grief process. You’ll receive:
A supportive space to connect and share with others navigating loss
Psychoeducation using Worden’s Four Tasks of Mourning and Bowlby’s Four Phases of Grief
Tools to help understand and navigate emotional, physical, and relational changes
Gentle guidance toward healing, meaning-making, and self-compassion
Pre-registration is required.
A brief screening will help ensure the group is a good fit for your needs.

$60 per session or 300$ prepaid for all 6 groups
