New Light, Steady Mind
Living with anxiety can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. This group is designed for adults (18+) navigating generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, racing thoughts, or physical tension and restlessness.
Together, we’ll explore grounding tools, coping strategies, and gentle ways to quiet the inner chaos—without judgment. Join a safe, supportive community focused on practical skills and compassionate connection to help you find steadiness and peace.
