If you’ve landed here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to begin. Maybe you’ve spent much of your life feeling misunderstood, unseen, or trying to hold everything together on your own. You might be craving a space where you can finally exhale and be fully yourself.
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida, and I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely heard. My journey into this field was shaped by my own experiences of feeling misunderstood at times, and those moments sparked a deep passion for helping others feel understood and supported in ways they may not have before.
My clients often come to therapy navigating anxiety, trauma, mood challenges, substance use concerns, relationship dynamics, life transitions, or questions about identity and authenticity. Many are insightful and self-reflective, yet find themselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the roots of these patterns with curiosity and compassion, recognizing how past experiences and learned responses may still be shaping the present.
In our work, we move at a thoughtful pace. I take a holistic, mindfulness-based approach that honors the connection between mind and body. We look beneath the surface — not just at symptoms, but at the foundation. I often use the metaphor of tending a garden: before new growth can thrive, we gently clear what has taken root beneath the soil. Through awareness, presence, and intentional exploration, we create space for insight, healing, and meaningful, sustainable change.
My style is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to understand your worldview and sense of self as a whole person. I incorporate mindfulness practices and draw from my background in yoga, holding a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing when appropriate.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. I was born in Argentina and raised primarily in the United States, and I speak both English and Spanish fluently. My multicultural background allows me to appreciate the complexity of identity and belonging, and I welcome clients from diverse cultural experiences. I am also affirming of diverse relationship structures, including polyamory.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy expressing myself creatively through music and art, dancing, going to the beach, cooking, and spending time with my family — including my dog and three cats. Yoga is not only part of my professional path but a way of living that informs how I move through the world with intention and presence.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable and intimidating. My hope is to make that step feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more human. I am here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your authentic self.
Healing is possible, and it begins with feeling truly seen.
