Meet Your Creative Group Facilitator
Meet Ashley.
Ashley McAuliffe, LMHC, is the Owner and Founder of New Light Counseling, a trauma-informed therapist who believes healing doesn't always have to happen through words alone. With a passion for creativity, self-expression, and meaningful connection, she created Cut. Paste. Process. as a different way to explore emotions, reconnect with yourself, and make space for personal growth.
With Ashley, there's no pressure to find the right words or create something perfect. Through scrapbooking, guided reflection, and connection with others, you'll have the freedom to explore your story at your own pace, embrace the messy parts, and create something meaningful along the way.
