Finding Light Through Loss

Welcome to Light After Loss, a six-week grief support group in Altamonte Springs, FL, offered by New Light Counseling. Whether your loss is recent or something you've carried for years, this group offers a compassionate space to connect with others, better understand grief, and develop healthy ways to cope.

Through guided discussions, grief education, and practical coping strategies, we'll explore how loss affects our emotions, relationships, and daily lives. Using Worden's Four Tasks of Mourning and Bowlby's Four Phases of Grief, participants will gain tools to navigate grief while honoring their unique experiences.

Our goal isn't to help you "move on," but to help you find ways to move forward while honoring your loss.
