Join us for Cut. Paste. Process., a guided scrapbook workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore self-compassion through creativity and reflection.
During this two-hour experience, we'll explore the way we speak to ourselves, the expectations we carry, and what it means to embrace ourselves with a little more kindness.
Through guided prompts, creative activities, and optional group sharing, you'll create personalized scrapbook pages filled with affirmations, meaningful reminders, and encouragement to carry with you beyond the workshop.
No artistic experience is needed, and there's no right or wrong way to create. Just come as you are!
