Meet Madison
Hi, I'm Madison!
MADISON • RMHCI • CHILDREN (6+) • TEENS • ANXIETY • ATHLETES
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by everything life is asking of you?
Whether you're a child learning how to manage big emotions, a teen balancing school, sports, friendships, and family expectations, or a young adult navigating life's many transitions, it can sometimes feel like you're carrying more than you know how to handle on your own.
I work with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feelings of overwhelm. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore your experiences without judgment.
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine partnership. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is very important to me, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and sharing at their own pace.
Together, we'll identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful growth and lasting change. I believe everyone moves through life differently, so I aim to meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.
As a former athlete, I understand many of the pressures children, teens, and young adults face. I experienced the stress of balancing responsibilities, the anxiety that can come with performance expectations, and the challenges of navigating personal growth while trying to meet the demands of school, sports, relationships, and everyday life. Those experiences continue to shape the empathy and understanding I bring into the counseling room.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, staying active, and getting comfortable on the couch to watch TV. I believe balance, connection, and self-care are important parts of overall wellbeing.
Whether you're facing a difficult season of life, struggling to manage stress and anxiety, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes growth begins simply by having a safe place to be heard.
Whether you're a child, teen, young adult, or student athlete facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, or feelings of overwhelm, therapy can provide a space to slow down, feel supported, and build the tools needed to thrive.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
