Reaching out for support is a courageous decision, and I want you to know that you're not alone on this journey. I'm here to guide you with compassion, understanding, and a commitment to your growth.

I am a compassionate mental health professional born and raised in South Florida, dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. I work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-harm, providing them with the support and tools they need to navigate their challenges and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Growing up in a household with divorced parents, I learned firsthand about resilience, empathy, and the importance of effective communication in navigating life's challenges. My own experiences helped me develop a deep understanding of how family dynamics can impact mental well-being, which inspired me to pursue a career in counseling.

Driven by my passion for understanding the human psyche and helping others thrive, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology. Soon after, I developed a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, leading me to earn my Master's degree in Counseling Education.

I might be the right therapist for you if...

  • You're tired of living in survival mode and want a calmer, more grounded way of moving through the world

  • You overthink everything and want help untangling the anxious stories your mind keeps telling you

  • You carry shame, self-criticism, or people-pleasing patterns and are ready to rewrite your inner narrative

  • You're navigating complicated family dynamics, emotional parentification, or old wounds that still shape your present

  • You want a therapist who is warm, real, and collaborative — someone who listens deeply and helps you make meaning, not just give advice

  • You want practical tools for coping, communication, boundaries, and emotional regulation that actually fit your life

  • You're curious about EMDR, narrative therapy, or exploring how your identity and past experiences connect to your present

Outside of my work as a counselor, I remain an avid reader and lifelong learner. Whether I'm exploring fiction, psychology, or personal development, I find inspiration in the written word. I also embrace the opportunity to travel and immerse myself in different cultures — each journey offers a chance for exploration and a reminder of the connections between humanity and the universality of human emotions.

Fueled by my passion for helping others and my love of learning, I believe that everyone has the capacity for positive change. I feel privileged to walk alongside my clients as they discover their own resilience and potential.

You don't have to keep living in survival mode. There's a calmer way through — and you don't have to find it alone.
